Community Greening & the City of Delray Beach will be planting trees at Orchard View Elementary in Delray Beach on Saturday, May 20th at 9am!

We’ll be planting around 40 native trees which will provide much needed shade, as well as improve air quality and stormwater drainage, in addition to adding beauty to the area and habitat for wildlife.

Community Greening will have all of the necessary tools, as well as gloves and water (though feel free to bring your own), there will also be DJ on-site to keep things fun. Please wear closed-toed shoes, attire that can get a little dirty, and a hat/sunscreen.

Event begins at 9am. Estimated finish around 11am.

Volunteers under 15 years old much be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
