Boca Raton Arbor Day Tree Planting

We’re teaming up with the City of Boca Raton for an Arbor Day Tree Planting on Friday, April 25th starting at 3:30pm at Spanish River Athletic Park, where we’ll be planting 40 native shade trees along the walking/running trail, and we need YOUR help to get them in the ground!

CG Arborists and our trained Tree Technicians will be on hand to lead the group, and guide/assist volunteers. No experience needed, and all skill levels and physical capabilities welcomed. We encourage anyone to join us who is interested in getting their hands a little dirty, while helping a great cause.

Community Greening will provide all of the tools needed, have work gloves to borrow, as well as water and light snacks. We’ll even have a DJ on-site to keep things fun!

Please wear closed-toe shoes, and clothing that can get a little dirty. We also encourage you to wear a hat and sunscreen.

Families are welcome, all minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entire duration.

Spanish River Athletic Park is located across from the Spanish River Library at 1000 Spanish River Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33431.

Event will be cancelled in the event of a forecasted Excessive Heat Warning or heavy rains. An email will be sent to all volunteers as soon as possible in the event of these circumstances.
