Community Greening & the City of Boca Raton need your help as we add over 40 new trees to the Spanish River Athletic Park on Sunday, April 30th at 9am.
Community Greening will have all of the necessary tools, as well as gloves and water (though feel free to bring your own), there will also be DJ on-site to keep things fun. Please wear closed-toed shoes, attire that can get a little dirty, and a hat/sunscreen.
Event begins at 9am. Estimated finish around 11am.

The planting will take place on the east side of the park (nearest the baseball field parking lot). These new trees will help provide valuable shade for runners/walkers, as well help with stormwater drainage and improving air quality over their lifetime.
Please keep in mind that this event might finish before the time scheduled. Volunteers under 15 yr. old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
