Community Greening, the Florida Forest Service, and PBC Parks have teamed up to plant 55 native shade trees at Santaluces Sports Park on Saturday, Dec. 19th!

These trees will provide cooler temperatures and much needed shade for park goers, and we need YOUR help to get them in the ground!

CG Arborists and our trained Tree Technicians will be on hand to lead the group, and guide/assist volunteers. No experience needed, and all skill levels and physical capabilities welcomed. We encourage anyone to join us who is interested in getting their hands a little dirty, while helping a great cause.

Community Greening will provide all of the tools needed, have work gloves to borrow, as well as water and light snacks.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can get a little dirty. We also encourage you to wear a hat and sunscreen.

Families are welcome, all minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entire duration. Event begins at 9am, and estimated to finish at 11am.
